Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization) or TCEB and Sukhothai Province nominated the Sukhothai Loy Krathong Festival for The 2023 Pinnacle Award Asia Competition (Night Time Economy Festival), organised by the International Festival & Events Association (IFEA), ASIA Chapter. The festivalwon the Gold Prize together with Pattaya International Fireworks Festival. The award presentation ceremony was held recently at City of Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do, Republic of Korea. Joining in the award presentation were Miss Patcharaon Wongkamhaeng, Deputy Governor of Sukhothai Province, a representative of the private sector of Sukhothai Province and Mr. Puripan Bunnag, TCEB Senior Vice President.
