{"id":41427,"date":"2017-10-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-10-16T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/env-5094169.th1.proen.cloud\/newsmedia\/tceb-organizes-thailand-education-trips-for-us-korean-associations\/"},"modified":"2017-10-17T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-10-16T17:00:00","slug":"tceb-organizes-thailand-education-trips-for-us-korean-associations","status":"publish","type":"newsmedia","link":"https:\/\/env-5094169.th1.proen.cloud\/zh-hans\/newsmedia\/tceb-organizes-thailand-education-trips-for-us-korean-associations\/","title":{"rendered":"TCEB Organizes Thailand Education Trips for U.S. &#038; Korean Associations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify; \">The Thailand Conference and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) organized two separate Thailand Education Trips for 14 representatives of Korean associations and 5 American associations, aimed at giving them a direct destination experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/uploads\/editor_files\/20190903-61cce3f1a5.jpg\" style=\"width: 720px;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The American Education Trip focused on the Bangkok destination experience.&nbsp; &nbsp; Delegates inspected convention center facilities, and the city\u2019s new development along the Chao Phraya River, with emphasis on those venues and attractions accessible via the BTS Skytrain.&nbsp; &nbsp;Visits were arranged to the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and Erawan Shrine, including cultural experiences such as offering alms to Buddhist monks, and wrapping up with a river cruise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/uploads\/editor_files\/20190903-850c9b6a6f.jpg\" style=\"width: 720px;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; \">Similar activities were arranged for the Korean Education Trip, but the program also included a visit to the northern city of Chiang Mai with opportunities to inspect meeting venues, explore the Northern \u201cLanna\u201d culture and gain hands-on experience at an elephant camp and with traditional arts and crafts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These Education Trips are part of TCEB\u2019s focused marketing strategy to develop real ties with potential clients who gain first-hand experience with some of the unique features and attractions of Thailand as a preferred destination venue for association meetings and conferences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both trips were made possible through a collaborative effort between TCEB and Thai service providers, offering tailored itineraries for each group, resulting in real awareness of Thailand\u2019s ready and capable resources.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":37628,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"news-media-category":[],"years":[827],"class_list":["post-41427","newsmedia","type-newsmedia","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","years-827"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/env-5094169.th1.proen.cloud\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newsmedia\/41427","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/env-5094169.th1.proen.cloud\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/newsmedia"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/env-5094169.th1.proen.cloud\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/newsmedia"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/env-5094169.th1.proen.cloud\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/37628"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/env-5094169.th1.proen.cloud\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=41427"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"news-media-category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/env-5094169.th1.proen.cloud\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/news-media-category?post=41427"},{"taxonomy":"years","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/env-5094169.th1.proen.cloud\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/years?post=41427"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
